A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking for any hotel stays, and a 25% deposit is required to secure any grooming appointment. An invoice will be sent to your email. The remaining amount of your bill is to be paid in store upon collecting your dog.
If you fail to show up to your pre-booked appointment, the following non-refundable deposit policies will take affect:
Boarding/Hotel bookings: Deposit is non-refundable if canceled within 7 days of the appointment.
Grooming: Deposit is non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours of the appointment.
